Pimiento Dip Spread


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1/2 cup water (use part of liquid from pimientos)
  • 2 small green onions (or onion powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • lemon juice


  1. Blend all ingredients well in blender for 2 minutes (until smooth). Stir in small amount of fresh lemon juice (to taste). Delicious on avacado, cucumbers, tomato and cabbage. Good spread for sandwiches or crackers.
