Danny Vierra—An author, internationally acclaimed lecturer and evangelist, Mr. Vierra is the the founder and director of Modern Manna Ministries in Lodi, California. The ministry is unique because of its focus on health and the gospel. Danny is a nutritionist who emphasis lifesyle therapy, and together with his wife, Charise, they have educated thousands of people on healthful living through their vegetarian cooking schools, and radio and television appearances.

Danny is the host of his own live call-in radio show, Healthline, which is broadcast all over the western United States on FM radio, and around the globe via Modern Manna's popular web site. Danny and Charise have recently released the second edition of their ever popular six-volume video series, Lifestyles for Excellent Health, and have co-authored the video’s companion text, The Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook. Danny Vierra is known as the natural healing therapist with the answers to most of your health needs. The Vierra’s are the owners of Artesian Health Foods in Tracy, California, Lodi Health Foods, and Back to Eden Vegetarian Cafe in Lodi.
