BellaVita Testimonies
I want to report some of the miracles that took place at BellaVita in January 2006. The healing miracles never cease to amaze me. God is so good! Anna who suffered from obesity, heart failure and diabetes, and diabetic neuropathy saw incredible improvement in just eight days. For five years she has taken four insulin shots a day, and her blood sugar is around 400 without medication.

The first day at BellaVita, Anna chose to quit her medications and her blood sugar was 204. By day eight her blood sugar dropped to an incredible 112, well within normal range. This is truly amazing because she drank juices and ate lots of fresh organic fruit during her stay at BellaVita. Prior to arriving at BellaVita, the neuropathy in her toes hurt so bad that she would cry at night. Now she wept as she shared her testimony at the graduation supper that her feet and toes were 90% improved and nearly all pain was gone even though she had stopped taking her medication for the condition at the start of the program. She said, "The doctor told me that the next step was amputation." Interestingly, the diet she ate at BV was contrary to what her doctor recommended. She also increased her aerobic exercise, quit four heart medications, one antidepressant, and lost ten pounds by day eight of the ten day program.

Kaija, a registered nurse for 30 years, lost eight pounds and dropped a dress size. She said she had received a new understanding in alternative medicine and was greatly encouraged to learn what herbs can do. She had worked with diabetics for many years, but had never seen such great changes, and so quickly, like with Anna's diabetes. She was truly amazed. In a recent letter from Kaija, she stated that she is doing great, continually losing pounds, and that her friends say her face is glowing.

BellaVita Expansion Completed
We are thrilled that the remodeling of BellaVita is complete and the new facility looks beautiful. We now have 12 beds, five bathrooms, a beautiful redwood deck with jacuzzi, a stamped concrete front courtyard, and a lovely treatment room with a brand new sauna. The river is beautiful this time of year. Hope to have new pictures on the web soon.

New Raw Chef
We have hired a new raw food specialist named Brenda Kent from Sacramento who prepared wonderful live food for the guests at BellaVita. All ten guests raved about the meals and enjoyed Brenda's three raw demonstrations. BellaVita exclusively serves raw organic juices and meals during the ten day program. We find that the organic raw foods, just as God served them in the Garden of Eden, are the most nutritious and life-giving. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, enzymes, and life force! If you want to see people respond the quickest, raw is the way to go. Besides I find so many people are sensitive to grains, especially wheat.

2007 Health and Healing Crusade
We are planning a Health and Healing Crusade for 2007! We need volunteers and would love your financial contributions to help us pull the free event off and not have to cancel it again. Please assist us with your gifts, The 2004 crusade cost $40,000 and we came up short for the first time. But many gracious souls continued to contribute after the event so we could break even.
