Price Structure & Information:

• $450.00 for one (1) booth, plus a $50.00 refundable security deposit, refunded upon proper check-out on Sunday, June 27, 2004. For added space, $350.00 per additional booth space required (10' X 10').
• Percentage program available. Call for details.
• Special consideration for ministries.
• Absolutely no sharing or sub-letting booth space without written permission.
• Complete and return application as soon as possible along with your booth deposit of $250.00. If approved, remaining payment must be received in full by June 1, 2004. If your application is declined, your booth deposit will be returned to you.

Additional Information:

• This is a professional program. We assure you of the highest quality facilities and exposure. Please take steps to profssionally display your merchandise or service.
• Each booth will be sectioned with curtains and rods, and you will be provided with a small sign of your company name.
• We recommend that each vendor has a banner made for their booth, approximately 2 ft. X 8 ft. Banners must be made with grommets installed for hanging, for pinning to curtains is NOT allowed. Hooks for grommets are provided. NO velcro, staples, glue, wire or other hanging devices will be allowed on drapery or polls.
• Up to two tables and two chairs per booth can be provided. For double (two) booths, four tables and four chairs can be provided.
• Check-in times will be Wednesday, June 23, from 12 noon to 5 PM, plus Thursday, June 24 from 8 AM to no later than 10 AM.
• Check-out will be Sunday evening, June 27, or Monday morning for your convenience.
• The Expo Hall and all booths will be closed during speaking times (see schedule). Booths will be open for approximately 5 hours on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, and Saturday PM for 2 hours.
