Ceci Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Best served chilled.
