Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Use in falafels or as a apread in sandwiches. May be used as a dressing - just thin down with more water.
