Mustard

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Place all ingredients in blender and whiz. Pour into a saucepan and heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  • Return to blender and add:
  • 2 teaspoons garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (slowly)
