- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans*
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice juice (to taste)
- sea salt to taste
- Blend garbanzos with barely enough bean broth to make blender turn. Add lemon juice and salt. Blend again. Stir in parsley. Dip with pita bread or serve as a spread on bread.
- * Canned garbanzos may be used.
