• 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans*
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice juice (to taste)
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Blend garbanzos with barely enough bean broth to make blender turn. Add lemon juice and salt. Blend again. Stir in parsley. Dip with pita bread or serve as a spread on bread.
