Tobouli Salad

Ingredients

  • Combine and let stand one hour:
  • 1 1/2 cups bulgar wheat
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • Prepare the following:
  • 1 Tbs. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 1/2 bunches green onions, finely sliced
  • 3/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
