In a medium saucepan bring water and ABCO seasoning to a boil. Add rice. Peel and quarter garlic cloves. In a small skillet cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat until light brown. Add orzo and cook until light brown. (Do not let the garlic burn or it will become bitter.) Stir orzo and garlic into rice. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes or until orzo and rice are tender and broth is absorbed. Stir green onions and parsley into the pilaf.
