Oriental Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 2-ounce jar pimientos
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Bragg's Aminos
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toss, then place in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
