Country Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes (red or russet)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into big chunks. Boil or steam until tender, but not falling apart. Remove from the water. Heat a skillet with a little oil and add potatoes. Stir in seasonings. Brown 5-7 minutes.
