Candied Yams


  • 5 yams, baked
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Peel and slice cold yams (after baking) into a baking dish. Alternate with honey or syrup, in layers. Sprinkle with oil. Bake in 350° overn until warmed through and slightly browned, or longer if yo like them sticky.
