Sunflower Seed Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw wheat germ
  • 4 cups raw sunflower seeds, ground
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Bake at 350° for 10-20 minutes on each side. Serve these on a bun like a hamburger, or pour gravy over them.
