Potato Burgers


  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (almond rice bread, Italian or whole wheat)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons Bragg's Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


  1. Cook potato until tender. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Drain potato and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Form into patties. Brown on each side. Serve with Country Style Gravy.
