Nut Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound Brazil nuts or pecans, ground
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs, packed
  • 1 egg replacer
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup soy or rice milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together. Let stand 10 minutes. If mixture seems too thin, add some potato flour. Form into patties and bake at 350° for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then turn over and bake about 10-15 minutes more. Cover with gravy or Italian Sauce.
