Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes in puree, or
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup flour, or
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons veg. chicken seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except tomatoes) in a blender. Pour blended mix into a saucepan, and add tomatoes. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk.
