Quick Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons unbleached white or whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ABCO Chickenlike Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients briefly until mushrooms are cut into pieces, not smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir constantly.
