Walnut- Almond Curry Burgers- inspired by Juliano

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup Portobello mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 1 Tb. miso, (I use a non-soy garbanzo miso)
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 2 Tb. Tamari or Coconut Aminos
  • 2/3 cup vegetable juice
  • 1 Tb. Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Process walnuts, almonds, and mushrooms in food processor. Process leaving chunky. Form into patties and place on mesh dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 115? for 6 hours.
