Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4-5 zucchini (using the Saladacco)
  • 1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ c. green onions, chopped
  • ½ c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ c. pine nuts
  • ½ c. fresh basil, chopped
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Celtic sea salt to taste
  • 1/8 c. olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and serve. This is a sample of the vegetables you can use. Vegetables may vary. Raw marinara, or a pesto sauce can be used. Check out some raw cookbooks for recipes.
