Pizza Crust


  • 1 ½ c. sprouted buckwheat grouts
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • Garlic spices and herbs to taste
  • 2/3 c. carrot pulp
  • 2/3 c. soaked flax seeds
  • (Italian seasonings, garlic, salt)


  1. Put all ingredients in food processor, blend for one minute. Spread onto solid dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 99 degrees for 7-8 hours. Transfer to a mesh sheet and dehydrate for another 7-8 hours. Top with Mac Cream, Marinara Sauce and veggies of your choice. *Crackers can double for pizza crust.
